I've like the way they treat a customer the greetings very polite staff and explain everything..and frankly speaking the foods is just wow (🥗 salad du chef avec poulet crispy its really a must)

Comfortable, clean hotel in a suburban centre of Paris. Staff were nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Close to supermarkets, bakeries and a laundromat and there is a lovely park close by.

Very conveniently located near the shops and bus stops, extremely helpful staff, great breakfast! I would definitely recommend it for a happy stay in Massy :)

Everything: The breakfast, the location, the staff (especially the Moroccan guy - I think Mohamed is his name-. He spoke great English, and helped us navigate the whole place.

I loved the ground floor common areas. Even more I loved the proximity to the area's public square. The staff was superb and helped me get some travel docs printed and a cab to Orly. They let me pay one day at a time because my travel plans were uncertain.

We stayed here for a few days in order to visit Paris and it was great value for the money. Nice hotel, calm location and close to the train station Les Baconnetes (around 13 min by foot). Here you have B line that takes around 40 min until Paris. If you plan to spend your days in Paris strolling around the city during the full day it is a great choice! It’s also really close to Orly Airport.

Yes, breakfast was good, but let me address the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff. Before arriving, I had had a detailed email reply from your Reception when I asked how to get to the hotel from Massy railway station. Then on the spot when returning to the hotel at 11pm, I asked at Reception if snacks were served at the bar. Most obligingly, a very nice gentleman prepared a cheese and charcuterie platter for me to take to my room. I was delighted.

I stayed for few time but everything was confortable, there is a small comercial zone in front, the train station is close, breakfast delicious, room always clean, enviroment quiet, service very nice.
